Returns & Exchanges

At NAKED Underwear, we want you to feel confident in your second skin; if your fit isn't perfect, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Please note that for hygiene reasons, products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and protective liners intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn garments back into their original minimalist packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
